USUS Realtor List

AgentTally

A free widget that shows how many real estate agents work in each US state.

AgentTally is free, with no plans, no account and nothing to buy.

AgentTally puts real estate agent numbers on your site: how many agents work in each of the 50 states and in Washington, DC. It is made for real estate blogs, brokerage and team sites, market reports and relocation guides that want to cite a figure without researching it.

  • A table of states, all 51 or only the top 10 or 20, ordered by number of agents or by name. On Wix, visitors can reorder it by clicking a column heading.
  • One state as a single sentence, for example the number of agents in Florida, to sit beside an article.
  • Optional columns: the share of agents with a public phone listing, and the share holding a producer award.

Add it to a Wix site

  • Add AgentTally from the Wix App Market. The widget is placed on the page you are editing; drag it where you want it and resize it.
  • Click the widget, then Settings, to choose a table or one state, the order, how many rows, the extra columns, the heading, the colors and the font.
  • Publish. The widget looks the same in the editor as on your live site.

On narrow screens the table scrolls sideways inside the widget instead of stretching your page.

Add it to a Webflow site

  • In the Designer, open the Apps panel (E) and launch AgentTally.
  • Select where it should go: inside a Section or Div Block, or right after any other element.
  • Choose a table or one state, the order, how many rows, the extra columns and the heading, then click Insert.

AgentTally adds native elements to your page: a table (or a sentence for one state) with its own AgentTally classes. Restyle, move and edit them in the Designer like anything else; they stay on your page if you remove the app. An inserted table keeps the figures it was inserted with, and shows their month.

Where the figures come from

The figures are counts of licensed real estate agents that US Realtor List found on brokerage rosters and state license registers, compiled in August 2026. They are aggregate numbers only: no names, no contact details, nothing about any one person. A count is not a license lookup, and it covers agents, not every licensee type a state issues.

Privacy

The figures are built into AgentTally, so the widget makes no outside requests, sets no cookies and collects nothing about your visitors. The app asks Wix only for the basic site information every app receives, and reads nothing from your site's contacts, orders or forms.

On Webflow, AgentTally works only inside the Designer while you use it: it adds elements to the page you are editing, makes no network requests, and sends nothing about your site or your visitors anywhere. The elements it adds contain no script.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes. AgentTally is free, with no plans and no charges.

Does it slow my site down?
No noticeable amount. The figures are built into the widget, so it loads nothing from anywhere else when a page opens.

Does it track my visitors?
No. It sets no cookies, makes no requests and collects nothing about the people who view it.

How often do the numbers change?
They are updated with app updates, at most once a quarter, and always show the month they were compiled; the current figures are from August 2026. On Webflow, a table or sentence you inserted keeps the figures it was inserted with: insert it again after an update to get the newer ones.

Why is my state different from the number my association publishes?
Associations count their own members. AgentTally counts agents we found on brokerage rosters and state license registers, whether or not they belong to an association, so the two figures measure different things.

Can I quote the figures in an article?
Yes. Please name US Realtor List as the source and give the month the figures were compiled.

Can I show only one state?
Yes. Choose "One state" (in the widget settings on Wix, or in the app panel on Webflow) and pick the state. It shows as a single sentence you can place beside an article.

Terms

AgentTally is free to install and use, with no plans, no account and nothing to buy. The widget and its figures are provided as is: they are aggregate counts compiled from public sources, and while we check them, we do not guarantee they are complete or free of errors. You may show them on any site and quote them, naming US Realtor List as the source and giving the month they were compiled. We may update the figures, change the app or stop offering it. The Wix and Webflow terms also apply to your use of those platforms.
