I spent fifteen years in the sign business in Ontario, installs, sales and production, before I started writing software for shops like the one my brother still runs. Real estate agents are a sign shop's best customers. Every listing needs a post sign, every brokerage needs a storefront, and the agents who close the most are the ones who order the most. The problem was always the same: nobody had a clean list of who they were.

So I built one. It started as a roster for my brother's shop, became AgentRoster for Canada, and this site is the US edition. I run the scrapers, write the pages, answer the email and issue the refunds. There is no sales team and no call to book.

Where the rows come from

Almost every agent in the file has a profile on a brokerage's own public website that shows their name and a working email. We collect what the brokerage publishes, re-collect it every week or two, and drop anyone whose profile disappears. The one exception is Michigan, where the state licence register publishes each licensee's filed email; those rows are labelled as register rows in the file so you always know which is which. The build date is printed on every page and in every file; today's is Sep 12, 2026, and the roster holds 472,857 agents across 51 states and DC.

Two things follow from that. The count is smaller than the number of licensed agents, because a licence is not a published email, and we would rather sell you a smaller true number than a padded one. And every row can be checked: the brokerage, the office city and the domain of the address are in the file, so you can see it is a real inbox and not a guessed pattern. What is never in the file

No addresses harvested from data breaches. No emails guessed from a name and a domain. No rows bought from other list sellers. No personal phone numbers scraped from consumer sites. No agent who has asked to be removed: the privacy page has the opt-out, it is honoured within ten business days, and the address goes on a suppression list so it is never collected again.

A CSV, once, for a state or a city, priced on the row count, with 25 unsealed rows free for any state before you pay. No subscription, no account, no upsell call. The free pages, the brand index and the office rankings, are built from the same data and stay free whether or not you buy anything.
