A board dating to 1858 and the Bright MLS

The Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS (GBBR) says that, established in 1858, it was the nation's first real estate association. It began as the Baltimore Board of Real Estate Brokers and Property Agents (GBBR).

GBBR was a founding member of the National Association of Realtors in 1908 and of the Maryland Association of Realtors, and it reports about 5,000 members, including REALTOR agents, brokers and affiliates.

Baltimore listings are entered in Bright MLS, the system that MRIS and TREND became when they merged at the start of 2017.
