The most used domain in the Nevada file is gmail.com, on 983 rows, and the brands differ: 316 Real Brokerage agents write from it, more than half of the brand's 553 here, while RE/MAX agents almost all use remax.net (482 rows).

Most agents in three other brands write from one or two business domains: kw.com for 376 Keller Williams agents, cbselectre.com or cbvegas.com for 452 Coldwell Banker agents and exprealty.com for 217 eXp Realty agents.

The phone column is filled on 85% of the Nevada rows. Our walks first picked up 209 of the rows in October 2026: new to our file, with no bearing on when anyone was licensed or changed brokerage.

Office towns from Las Vegas to Lake Tahoe

A row's city is the town of its office. Las Vegas has 1,925 of the 4,540 Nevada rows, Henderson 872 and Reno 691; between them, Las Vegas and Henderson account for more than half the state file.

Nine of the ten company-and-town groups in the table below are in Las Vegas or Henderson, led by Real Broker in Las Vegas with 371 rows. The other is Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate in Reno (110).

In some of the smaller city files one brand holds most of the rows: ERA in Mesquite (37 of 64), Coldwell Banker in Elko (40 of 56) and Chase International in Zephyr Cove (44 of 70).

Ten Nevada cities have a file of their own. Another 489 rows are in the statewide file but in no city file: 207 with no office city, 45 with a North Las Vegas office, and the rest from towns without a file of their own.

Agents are people. "Business" counts the addresses read on real estate firms' own websites, often an office or team inbox; a city file holds both.

How the Nevada file is checked

Every address in the Nevada file was read on a public web page between Sep 16, 2026 and Oct 8, 2026, and a row is sold only when that page shows the email. 4,333 rows (95%) come from brokerage rosters and 207 are business addresses read on real estate firms' own websites, often an office or team inbox, counted apart from the agents.

Las Vegas REALTORS in the south, NNRMLS in the north

The statewide association has used the name Nevada REALTORS since January 2018; before that it was the Nevada Association of REALTORS.

Las Vegas REALTORS, formerly GLVAR, was founded in 1947 and reports on Southern Nevada homes sold through its Multiple Listing Service.

Sierra Nevada REALTORS, with offices in Reno and Carson City, publishes monthly market reports for Carson City and for Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, Storey and Washoe counties, drawn from data of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS.

Founded in 2003, NNRMLS serves the REALTORS of the Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Fallon, Yerington, Minden, Gardnerville, East Lake Tahoe and Topaz areas; its About page, read in October 2026, gives its own count as approximately 4,000 brokers, agents and appraisers (NNRMLS).

A $470,000 median in Southern Nevada, $620,000 in Washoe County

Reporting on September 2026, Las Vegas REALTORS put the median price of existing single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada through its MLS at $470,000, below the all-time high of $490,000 reached in May and June. It counted 2,169 existing homes, condos and townhomes sold in the month, and 23.5% of local property sales were cash transactions (Nevada Business, October 5, 2026).

At the end of September the association reported 7,995 single-family homes listed for sale without any offer, 6.6% more than one year before; it said the month's sales pace equated to a five-month supply. Over all of 2025 the association counted 28,498 existing homes, condos and townhomes sold, down from 31,305 in 2024 and the lowest annual total since 2007.

Up north, the Sierra Nevada REALTORS report for August 2026, on NNRMLS data updated September 2, 2026, gives a single-family median of $620,000 for Washoe County, home to Reno and Sparks, 5.1% higher than a year before. Washoe's single-family market had 392 closed sales that month, 965 active listings and 2.5 months of supply. The same report shows a $750,000 median in Douglas County and $587,000 in Carson City.

The Census Bureau's 2025 building permit count for one-unit homes came to 9,422 in the Las Vegas-Henderson-North Las Vegas metro area, 1,914 in the Reno metro area and 322 in the Carson City metro area.

Salesperson, broker-salesperson, broker: the Nevada license ladder

Pearson VUE's candidate handbook for the Nevada real estate exams, dated July 2025, covers the salesperson, broker-salesperson and broker licenses (Pearson VUE).

Salesperson applicants beginning October 1, 2021 or later need 120 hours of education, where 90 were required before.

A broker applicant must furnish proof of two years of active full-time experience within the last four years and needs 64 semester college credits; the handbook says Nevada allows 16 college credits toward the education part for every two years of licensed real estate experience.

Questions about the Nevada file

Answered with this build's Nevada numbers and the sources above.

Who holds the money when a Nevada home sale closes?
In a typical sale, an escrow holder: the State Bar of Nevada's brochure on real estate escrows and title insurance, updated in 2023, says an escrow lets a disinterested third party hold the funds and conveyance documents received from the buyer and seller until the close, and that most escrow companies, title companies, attorneys or banks may act as an escrow holder.
Are Nevada sale prices filed with the deed?
Yes, according to the Clark County Recorder's Declaration of Value packet, revised in October 2025, which says the form, on which the full purchase price is shown, will be imaged with the deed it accompanies and that there is no statute that allows a recording to take place without a Declaration of Value.
Do most Nevada agents on this list use Gmail?
No. Of the 4,540 rows in our Nevada file, 3,282 write from business domains and 1,258 from free mailboxes such as gmail.com.
Can I buy the Reno agents without the Las Vegas ones?
Yes. Reno has its own city file, 654 agents and 37 business addresses placed by office city, and Sparks, Carson City and Minden are separate files too.
