Judge Fite, Winans and kw.com in Arlington inboxes

Two Arlington firm names turn up as domains in our rows: 47 judgefite.com addresses and 33 winansbhg.com addresses. kw.com appears on 114 rows, set beside 138 Keller Williams agents in the city, and remax.net on 25.

Free mailboxes cover 67 Arlington rows, 21% of the file, and gmail.com makes up 52 of those; the judgefite.com and winansbhg.com rows sit outside that count by definition.

Title officers lining up Arlington closings who would rather call first will find a phone line beside the email on 93% of these rows.

Arlington's 310 agents share the file with 4 business addresses read on real estate firms' own websites. Each address was seen live between Sep 16, 2026 and Oct 8, 2026, and 4 rows were new to our file in October 2026.

Keller Williams and two hometown franchise firms

Keller Williams leads Arlington outright. Its 138 agents there form 45% of our franchise-branded count for this city between Fort Worth and Dallas, while across Texas the brand holds 24%.

Century 21 here means one company: all 47 of the brand's Arlington agents are with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. That gives Century 21 15% of the city's branded agents, set against 6% in Texas and 8% in our US file.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Winans accounts for every one of the 33 Better Homes and Gardens agents we hold in Arlington, so the brand takes 11% of branded agents locally; its statewide figure is 3%.

Arlington offices between Fort Worth and Dallas

Only Keller Williams clears 50 agents as an Arlington company and town group: 138 of the city's 310.

Arlington's file is small beside its neighbors on Interstate 30: Fort Worth to the west has 889 agents on file and Dallas to the east 1,973.

South in Ellis County, Waxahachie, where the Arlington board opened a member center in 2017, is sold as its own file of 202 agents.

Offices in Kennedale and Pantego fall outside every Tarrant County city file we sell, so agents there are reached through the Texas file or our US file.

Grand Prairie (72 agents) and Mansfield (123 agents) are separate city files.

How the Arlington file is checked

Every address in the Arlington file was read on a public web page between Sep 16, 2026 and Oct 8, 2026, and a row is sold only when that page shows the email. 310 rows (99%) come from brokerage rosters and 4 are business addresses read on real estate firms' own websites, often an office or team inbox, counted apart from the agents.

ARBOR, the board that grew into Ellis and Hill counties

The Arlington Board of REALTORS, known as ARBOR, was founded on January 20, 1949, with six members, according to a 2019 Texas House resolution honoring it (Texas Legislature). The resolution adds that the board took in 400 REALTORS from Ellis and Hill counties in 2016, opened a member services and training center in Waxahachie in 2017, and counted more than 2,900 members across the three counties.

ARBOR names NTREIS, the large North Texas multiple listing service, among its member services. Our file counts agents whose brokerages publish their email, which is a different thing from the ARBOR membership roll.

Short-term rentals near AT&T Stadium need a city permit

On April 23, 2019, the Arlington City Council adopted Ordinance No. 19-014, which sets where short-term rentals may operate, and Ordinance No. 19-022, which sets the operating rules and permit requirements (City of Arlington).

The city's STR Zone is anchored by the Entertainment District and reaches about one mile from its center. Outside it, the residential districts named as eligible are RM-12 and RMF-22, along with eligible non-residential and mixed-use districts.

Tahoes, Viridian and a two-year appraisal cycle

General Motors builds the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL and Cadillac Escalade at Arlington Assembly, reported in July 2015 as the sole plant for those models when GM announced a $1.4 billion upgrade there that included a new paint shop.

In north Arlington, developer Huffines Communities describes Viridian as a 2,000-acre master plan with 3,500 single-family homes, attached and detached.

Arlington homes are valued by the Tarrant Appraisal District. In August 2024 its board approved a plan that froze most residential values for 2025 and moved homes to a two-year reappraisal schedule, and its later plan for 2027 and 2028 again reappraises in odd-numbered years (KERA News).

Questions about the Arlington file

Answered with this build's Arlington numbers and the sources above.

Can I look up what an Arlington house sold for in Tarrant County records?
Usually not. Texas does not make buyers or sellers report a sale price.
What listing service do Arlington agents work in?
NTREIS, the North Texas multiple listing service, which the Arlington Board of REALTORS offers to members from its Arlington and Waxahachie locations.
Are the Judge Fite and Winans contacts in the Arlington file on Gmail?
No. The 47 Judge Fite rows match the 47 judgefite.com addresses and the 33 Winans rows match the 33 winansbhg.com addresses; free services such as Gmail cover 67 Arlington rows from other offices.

They are not. Of the 314 Arlington rows, 4 are business addresses read on real estate firms' own websites, and the Data Source column flags each one.
