Our roster holds 176 Dana Point agents with a published, current email as of Oct 3, 2026 — 176 with a phone number and 0 with a brokerage-published award tier. That is agents whose brokerage publishes emails on public profiles (Compass, HomeSmart, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Real Brokerage and eXp Realty), not every licensee in Dana Point, and a city count is a subset of the California file — about a third of California rows carry no office city.

The largest brokerage brand in the file is Compass (143 agents), then HomeSmart (13) and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (11). The biggest single companies are Compass. You can buy the whole city or filter to one brokerage before checkout.

The most common inbox domains are compass.com (143), gmail.com (22) and bhhslifestyle.com (2); 25 agents (14%) use a personal address such as Gmail or Yahoo and 8 (5%) an email on their own business domain. In the U.S., commercial email is governed by CAN-SPAM, which does not require prior consent. It does require that every message uses accurate header and From information, has a subject line that isn't misleading, is identifiable as an advertisement, includes your valid physical postal address, offers a clear, working unsubscribe, and that you honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Some states add rules on top.

The phone column is for calls and CRM matching. Texting or auto-dialing is governed by the TCPA and generally needs the recipient's prior consent — don't load these numbers into a texting tool. How you use the file is your responsibility, and this isn't legal advice.

A hard bounce means the address doesn't exist: the receiving mail server rejects it with a permanent 5xx error such as "user unknown" or "no such mailbox". A full mailbox, a greylisting delay or a spam block is not a hard bounce. The refund is the price you paid divided by the number of rows in your file, times the number of hard bounces, back to your original payment method.
