Build a sharper New York list
Start from the whole file and tighten it. Narrowing by phone or inbox is free; award-tier targeting is priced per row — you pay only for the agents that match.
Award-tier buys add the gated columns: Award Tier, Title, Website, Career Award, Source. A slice is never cheaper than the whole file, and a sharp one can cost more — targeting is what you're paying for.

The New York roster at a glance
US Realtor List holds 24,210 New York real estate agents with a published, current email, collected from 17 brokerage brands that publish agent profiles. The largest share is Keller Williams with 3,831 agents (16% of the state), ahead of Compass (3,029) and Douglas Elliman (2,988). 22,630 of them (93%) list a phone, above the national 83%, and 865 carry a brokerage-published award tier such as 100% Club, Platinum Club, Executive Club.
By office city, New York leads with 3,325 agents, then Brooklyn (1,038) and Rochester (553); 103 New York cities have 50+ agents on file and their own list. 2,269 rows (9%) carry no office city and are sold only in the state file.
Most New York agent inboxes sit on brokerage domains — kw.com (3,280), compass.com (3,019), elliman.com (2,988) — while 3,632 (15%) use a personal address such as Gmail or Yahoo and 8,484 (35%) an email on their own business domain. We keep every address with its domain (never the full mailbox until you buy) so you can see these are real brokerage and personal inboxes, not a guessed pattern.
2% of New York agents run a website on their own domain, below the national 6% — most here rely on a brokerage-issued page instead.
No single brand dominates New York — the largest holds only 16% across 17 brands.

What “verified” means here
- 01Published by the brokerage. Every email was posted on the agent's own public brokerage profile — not appended from a data broker, not guessed from a name pattern.
- 02Current at the last rebuild. The roster is re-collected on a schedule; the build date is printed on every page (this one: Sep 5, 2026). An address that leaves a profile leaves the file; new licensees appear.
- 03Checkable before you pay. The 25 free rows for any state are unsealed — search any name and brokerage yourself before a card comes out.
- 04Nothing padded. If we don't hold an agent's published email, they aren't in the file. That is why our counts look smaller — and your bounce list stays short.

New York realtor data — straight answers
The things people ask before they buy the New York list, answered with this build's numbers.
How many real estate agents are in New York?
Our roster holds 24,210 New York agents with a published, current email as of Sep 5, 2026 — 22,630 with a phone number and 865 with a brokerage-published award tier. That is agents whose brokerage publishes emails on public profiles (Keller Williams, Compass, Douglas Elliman, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, Century 21, kv_signaturepremier, ERA, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, RE/MAX, Real Brokerage, Better Homes and Gardens, HomeSmart, Sotheby's International Realty, lpt, Fathom Realty and eXp Realty), not every licensee in the state.
Which brokerages do the New York agents work at?
The largest brand in the file is Keller Williams (3,831 agents), then Compass (3,029) and Douglas Elliman (2,988). The biggest single companies are Keller Williams, Compass and Douglas Elliman. You can buy the whole state or filter to one brokerage before checkout.
What email domains do New York realtors use?
The most common inbox domains are kw.com (3,280), compass.com (3,019) and elliman.com (2,988); 3,632 agents (15%) use a personal address such as Gmail or Yahoo and 8,484 (35%) an email on their own business domain. Every address was published by the agent's brokerage and re-checked at the Sep 5, 2026 build — none are guessed from a name pattern.
How much does the New York realtor email list cost?
$349, one-time, for the whole New York file (24,210 rows) as an instant CSV — no subscription, no account. Single cities in New York start at $39 and are priced by size on their own pages. 25 unsealed rows are free first.
What exactly is in the file?
Name, verified email, phone (93% of New York rows), brokerage, city and state. UTF-8 CSV that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or any CRM importer; a copy is emailed to you with a Stripe receipt.
Award-tier targeting adds four more columns — award tier (4% of New York agents carry one), title, website and career award — and filters the file to just those producers.
Where do the New York emails come from, and are they verified?
Every one of these addresses was published on the agent's own public brokerage profile page and was still there at the Sep 5, 2026 rebuild.
Either way the address was published by its source. Nothing is appended from a data broker, nothing is guessed from a name pattern, and we only carry active records — if we don't hold a published email for an agent, they aren't in the file.
Is it legal to email these agents?
In the U.S., commercial email is governed by CAN-SPAM, which does not require prior consent. It does require that every message uses accurate header and From information, has a subject line that isn't misleading, is identifiable as an advertisement, includes your valid physical postal address, offers a clear, working unsubscribe, and that you honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Some states add rules on top.
The phone column is for calls and CRM matching. Texting or auto-dialing is governed by the TCPA and generally needs the recipient's prior consent — don't load these numbers into a texting tool. How you use the file is your responsibility, and this isn't legal advice.
What if I'm not happy with the file?
Look before you buy: 25 real, unsealed rows for any state are free, and you can filter to the exact slice you need before paying. Because the file is delivered instantly, sales are final once it's downloaded — but if a download fails or a file arrives broken, write to us and we'll fix it.
Every state, same rules
Pick another state — same columns, same price rule, same build date.
The price, in public.
No “contact sales”, no quote form, no call. Here is the whole price list.
One ladder for every list, city or state: $39 for up to 249 agents, $69 to 999, $99 to 2,499, $149 to 9,999, $249 to 19,999 and $349 above that. A city never costs as much as the state that contains it, and every page shows its own price before you click. Narrowing to rows with a phone, or to agents on their own email domain, is free. Award-tier targeting is priced per matching row at 15¢ — never less than the flat file — and adds the award, title, website and career columns. Nothing recurring.
