Agents whose brokerage publishes their email on a public profile. Today that is Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, Michigan Licence Register, Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Real Brokerage, Compass, HomeSmart, lpt, ERA, Better Homes and Gardens, Fathom Realty, Douglas Elliman, Corcoran, eXp Realty, West USA Realty, Sotheby's International Realty, First Team Real Estate, kv_signaturepremier and chase. A brand is added only when it publishes addresses; brands that hide agent emails behind a contact form are not in the file — which is the honest reason our counts are lower than the number of licensees in your state.

Every count on the map is exactly that number: no other brands, no appended rows.

We sell verified email lists, not licence rolls. A licence roll is the register itself — every person who ever held a licence, dead records included, sold as-is with emails bolted on afterwards by a data broker. That is what most “2 million realtor” databases are, and we don't sell it. A row only exists in our files if we hold a current, verified email for that agent.

Where those emails come from, and every list says which: public agent profiles the brokerages publish themselves, and state licence registers that publish an agent's own contact address. Either way the address was published by the source, not appended by a broker or guessed from a name pattern, and we only carry active records. The build date is printed on every page.

The roster is rebuilt weekly, and the date of the build you're buying is printed on every page — this one is dated Sep 5, 2026. Agents who leave a brokerage drop out; new licensees appear. You are buying the current build, not a 2019 export that has been resold since.

In the U.S., commercial email is governed by CAN-SPAM, which does not require prior consent. It does require that every message uses accurate header and From information, has a subject line that isn't misleading, is identifiable as an advertisement, includes your valid physical postal address, offers a clear, working unsubscribe, and that you honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Some states add rules on top.

The phone column is for calls and CRM matching. Texting or auto-dialing is governed by the TCPA and generally needs the recipient's prior consent — don't load these numbers into a texting tool. How you use the file is your responsibility, and this isn't legal advice.

Every list is priced by how many agents it holds, city or state alike, on one public ladder: $39 for up to 249 agents, $69 to 999, $99 to 2,499, $149 to 9,999, $249 to 19,999 and $349 above that. A city never costs as much as the state that contains it, and every tile on the map and every city page shows its own price before you click. One-time, nothing recurring, no tiers beyond the ladder.

Narrowing a list — to rows with a phone number, or to agents on their own email domain — is free. Only award-tier targeting is priced per matching row, at 15¢ a lead and never less than the flat file it is cut from, and it adds the award tier, title, website and career-award columns to your file.

No and no. It's a one-time purchase through Stripe checkout — your card details go to Stripe, not to us. There is nothing to cancel later.

Look before you buy: 25 real, unsealed rows for any state are free, and you can filter to the exact slice you need before paying. Because the file is delivered instantly, sales are final once it's downloaded — but if a download fails or a file arrives broken, write to us and we'll fix it.
